L2/L3 TRX Strength & Power (Level 2–3 Intermediate to Advanced)
A dynamic, full-body TRX class designed to build strength, endurance and power using suspension straps and bodyweight resistance. Expect progressive sequences that challenge stability, coordination, balance and control, grounded in the Pilates principles you already know.
Best suited for those confident with TRX basics or ready to take their training to the next level. Low-impact yet high-intensity, this class focuses on precision, moving with intention and building strength.
