L1 Beginners Reformer (Level 1 Essential)

Learn to use the Reformer safely and effectively while exploring the foundational Pilates principles. Develop proper alignment, control and breath as you build strength, confidence, and body awareness.

Ideally booked after attending our FREE 30-minute Reformer Orientation, designed to help you feel comfortable and ready for your first class.

L1 Reformer (Level 1 Essential)

A controlled, technique-focused class suitable for all levels, offering the opportunity to find challenge through precise, considered movement. Build confidence and deepen your understanding of Reformer Pilates with simple sequences that allow you to refine your form and move with intention.

L1+ Reformer Improvers (Level 1+ Essential Moving to Intermediate)

For those who have built on the foundations from L1 Beginners Reformer and are ready to progress further. This class introduces more exercises from the Essential repertoire with added flow, precision and sequencing helping you advance toward L2 Intermediate Reformer.

L2 Intermediate Reformer (Level 2 Intermediate)

For those confident and familiar with the Reformer (ideally after completing around 15 L1 classes). This class follows the same principles as Level 1, with more technical choreography, smoother transitions and continuous flow. It’s not a harder class but does require confidence, control and a solid understanding of the equipment to move safely and effectively.

No Cardio-Tramp in this format.

L2 Dynamic Reformer (using the Cardio-Tramp) (Level 2 Intermediate)

For those confident on the Reformer and ready to add pace and variety to their practice. This class blends the control and precision of the Reformer repertoire you’re already familiar with and short, sharp bursts on the Cardio-Tramp to build stamina, coordination and cardiovascular strength, all while maintaining Pilates form and flow.

Expect a steady challenge for both body and mind. Not suitable for beginners or those with injuries. 

L3 Athletic Conditioning Reformer (Level 3 Intermediate / Advanced)

For those confident in Level 2 classes and ready to explore the Advanced Repertoire. This strong Reformer class incorporates greater resistance, refined technique and control to build integrated strength and stamina.

Expect complex sequences and layered choreography that challenge stability, coordination, and endurance. Not suitable for beginners or those with injuries.

L1 Half Cadillac / Vertical Frame (Tower) (Level 1 Essential)

Experience Pilates from a new perspective with the Tower. Using independent springs and a fixed frame, this class focuses on controlled, open-chain movement to build deep core stability, strength and mobility. Without the moving carriage of the Reformer, you’ll explore precision, balance and control through grounded, deliberate movement.

Expect to strengthen your abdominals, hips and shoulders through variable spring resistance while refining posture, coordination and overall body awareness.

L1 Stability Chair (Level 1 Essential)

A class for the true Pilates lover. Using the Pilates Stability Chair, you’ll build strength, control and coordination through spring-loaded resistance that challenges balance and core stability while supporting alignment and mobility.

Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to refine their movement, a focused, mindful class to work on posture, stability and functional strength.
