A mixed-ability class building on the foundations of Level 1, offering more challenge while maintaining focus on form and control. Expect familiar exercises with added intensity, creative use of props and dynamic sequencing. Best suited for those who are injury-free and ready to take their practice further.
Antenatal (Pregnancy) Pilates
Designed specifically for expectant mothers, our Antenatal Pilates courses focus on gentle, effective movement to strengthen, stabilise and prepare the body for birth and beyond. Each class includes safe, low-impact exercises that support posture, relieve tension and maintain mobility throughout pregnancy.
Guided by comprehensively trained instructors in pre- and postnatal Pilates, you’ll learn to move with confidence, connecting to your body and breath while building strength to support your changing needs.
