L1 Barre (Level 1 Beginner Friendly)


An uplifting, full-body class that blends ballet-inspired movement with strength training, all grounded in the core principles of Pilates. Expect a dynamic, low-impact session designed to improve posture, flexibility, strength and balance.



Perfect for beginners or those looking to move with control and confidence. You’ll plié, pulse, and tone your way to feeling strong and energised.

L2 Barre Amplified (Level 2 Intermediate)


A stronger, faster-paced Barre class that builds on the foundations of Level 1. Combining ballet-inspired sequences with progressive strength training, this high-energy, low-impact class challenges endurance, coordination and control.



Expect deeper pulses, more dynamic sequences and the same uplifting energy leaving you feeling powerful, confident and empowered.
