Tunbridge Wells, our boutique studio offers a tranquil escape from daily stresses and the perfect space to prioritise your well-being.

Founded by Yasmin, a dedicated movement specialist and certified instructor in Body Control Pilates Matwork, STOTT Pilates Reformer (and other studio apparatus) along with TRX Suspension Strength Training, Studio Move was created to empower and support every individual through the transformative power of movement.

Meet the Instructors

YASMIN

FOUNDER & LEAD INSTRUCTOR

Yasmin is a comprehensively certified Pilates Instructor and TRX Trainer with years of experience helping clients move better and feel stronger. She teaches the full range of classes at Studio Move: Reformer, Mat, Chair and Cadillac Pilates, as well as Barre and TRX. Her sessions blend energy, precision and a feel-good flow, empowering clients to move with strength, confidence and control.

EMILY

REFORMER PILATES, MAT PILATES & BARRE INSTRUCTOR

Emily is a true advocate for everything Pilates has to offer, not just physically, but mentally too. Having gone from an extremely un-sporty child, to managing chronic fatigue syndrome as a teen, to working at a desk as an adult, she has learnt with time how important moving the body is in a way that makes you feel good, and how much it can improve every aspect of life.

Emily completed her training with STOTT in both Reformer and Mat Pilates. She’s here to welcome and cheer you on as you take your first step, and she’s dedicated to becoming the very best teacher she can be.

Enthusiastic, encouraging, and sometimes funny, she can’t wait to welcome you to class.

MIA

REFORMER PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Mia is a positive, friendly and supportive teacher who loves staying active—whether that’s through Pilates, horse riding, gym, or just spending time outdoors.

Mia’s teaching style is inspired by STOTT Pilates fundamentals and techniques, she has a passion for helping others to learn and feel the benefits for themselves. Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or have some experience, Mia’s approachable style makes everyone feel welcome. She truly believes Pilates is for everyone and that it helps to build strength, improved mobility, as well as supporting a healthy, well- balanced lifestyle.

ROWENA

MAT PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Rowena discovered her love of Pilates 15 years ago after the birth of her youngest child. Following two caesarean sections just 16 months apart, Pilates helped her rebuild strength and reconnect with her body. She was drawn to how the practice both grounds the mind and challenges the body.

Qualified through Body Control Pilates in London, she has also completed specialist training in Pre and Post-Natal Matwork and Pilates for Endometriosis. Her classes are designed to leave clients feeling strong, lengthened and balanced whether through dynamic Matwork or gentle, restorative pre/postnatal sessions.

With a background in Sociology (BSc Hons) and Early Years Education, Rowena brings empathy, insight and encouragement to every class.

JEMMA

REFORMER PILATES, MAT PILATES & BARRE INSTRUCTOR

Jemma is a certified STOTT Pilates Mat, Reformer and Barre Instructor. Formerly trained as a dancer and aerialist, Jemma promotes the care of a healthy moving body, tailoring her workouts to challenge her clients whether they are complete beginners or professional athletes.

KATE

Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates & Barre Instructor

Kate first tried Pilates 25 years ago and fell in love with it – feeling an inch taller and more aligned after each session!   In 2016 she started training as a Pilates Mat instructor and more recently Kate completed her Reformer training with Stott Pilates. Kate is also fascinated by all things fascia and she is also a trained Barre and Zenga Instructor.

Outside of being a Pilates geek she adores time with family and friends, reading and cooking and she’s looking forward to meeting, teaching and working with more Pilates enthusiasts at Studio Move.

CHARLOTTE

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Charlotte Azurdia is a yoga teacher and a breathwork facilitator. Her classes are creative yet alignment-based, focusing on a journey of self-enquiry to achieve a balance between flexibility and strength, not only on a physical but also on a mental level. She is a life-time learner. Having qualified as a yoga teacher in 2017, she has continued and still continues to study and be inspired by a whole range of teachers and yoga styles.
